We were invited to the 16th Annual GB’s Stable Cookout this year! This event is a community celebration to honor the beauty of the property and the service wonderful folks who dedicate themselves to the operation of these stables!

The attendees included multiple generations of GB’s family members, loved ones, horse owners, firemen and locally elected officials. All of these folks together have created a community that often speak of their love for God, His creation and our purpose to care and serve so I was right at home! I saw true Abundant Living everywhere I looked and in every conversation I had with those attending.

The family requested that you bring a complimentary dish for the outdoor picnic and my Rainbow Rice made for a perfect contribution! GB’s provided delicious hamburgers and hot dogs served alongside the complimentary dishes that were prepared by attendees both young and elder. This stable table was FULL of so many traditional dishes and new adventurous ones that were a treat to try. You could taste the love in every bite! It was an honor to share a dish on this very special table!

We are blessed to know this local family, who are legendary in their respect and care for their horse owners, stables and horses! We were honored to attend and so blessed by this event!
