This is a popular breakfast for many. It’s nutritious and delicious! This morning I added a few extra ingredients that gave this classic a makeover. Check out this new recipe!
I put my RADA Cutlery to good use preparing this quick breakfast! Kumato Tomatoes have a sturdy skin and the serrated edge on the Tomato Slicer makes it so much easier to thinly slice them. I also used the Cook’s Utility to open and slice the avocado. This cutlery is such a useful addition to your kitchen!

- Prepare Tomatoes, Avocado.
- Scramble Eggs and Cook with an Egg Ring or in a Small Shallow Pan.
- Lightly Toast Bread while the Egg is Cooking
- Place Toasted Bread on a plate. Drizzle Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar over Bread.
- Layer Mozzarella Cheese, Egg, Tomatoes, Avocado and Finish the Dish with Drizzles of Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze.
