TUESDAYS “TO-TASTE”

Many of the meals created in my Abundant Kitchen are “To-Taste”, meaning that I begin with a base ingredient, then add ingredients that I love ,,, not measuring but tasting until it’s just how I like it. I choose unique oils, vinegars, sauces, dressings and garnishes to enhance flavors and build dishes with depth and texture. This salad was delicious with it’s bold flavors, fruit accents and epic toppers!

Mixed Greens – Baby Romaine, Mini Red Bell Peppers, Shaved Carrots

Toppings

Feta Cheese, Walnuts, Pears and Dried Cranberries

Dressing

Sesame Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Pear Juice and Stone Ground Mustard
