Heart and Herb Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups Romaine, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Melody Grape Tomatoes
  • 2-3 Marinated Artichoke Heart quarters, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • Fresh Herbs: Basil and Rosemary I used 4 basil leaves and 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 tbsp, each Olive Oil, Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Croutons and Fried Onions

Method
 

  1. Prepare all of your ingredients with your RADA knives (Cook's Utility and Cook's Knife)
  2. Layer ingredients in order of recipe
