RADA Quick Mix Slow Baked Chicken

Y’all know that I’m a RADA girl. I love their cutlery and use it daily; however they also make delicious Quick Mixes, Seasonings, Marinades and Soup Mixes! I enjoy constantly trying new things when it comes to food and often see a recipe as a general guideline….ya know just a suggestion, hahaha! I have prepared most of these as directed but I wanted to explore a new way to use the RADA Quick Mixes.

Each of these RADA items can stand alone as a full flavored component of this Slow Baked Chicken dinner to become the star on the table. This recipe can be made with a few added ingredients, one preparation and using the quick mix of your choice. 

Hope you will get a few of these Quick Mixes, Seasonings, Marinades and Soup Mixes to try. They are great to have on hand for this flavorful dinner but also have the ability to be used as directed to make sweet dips, savory dips, and cheeseballs! This chicken will pair well with any vegetable or starch; Roasted Potatoes or Brussel Sprouts, Peas and Carrots, Sautéed Peppers and Rice. The possibilities are endless! Get in the kitchen and create a beautifully Abundant Meal!

RADA Quick Mix Slow Baked Chicken

Same slow baked method using various RADA quick mixes to flavor your next Chicken Dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Whole Chicken Breast Can be butterflied
  • 1 pkg Quick Mix of your choice See Options Below
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil You can also use Sour Cream or Mayonnaise in place of oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Lay Chicken in an oven proof dish. Rub 1/2 of the mix into both side of the breast and let it rest while preparing the mixture.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the remaining mix, oil and water. Whisk until ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Coat the chicken with the mixture on both sides.
  5. Cover with foil and place in oven to bake at 325° for 25-30 minutes.
  6. After baking time, turn oven off. Do not open the oven door and let it bake for 20-30 more minutes. (Internal temp should be 165°)
    If you are serving this for company it can remain in oven on warm setting for up to an hour.
  7. Remove dish from oven and serve.
