Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Arugula, chopped
  • 3 cup Romaine, chopped or any other sturdy lettuce
  • 1 whole Avocado, cubed
  • 4-6 oz Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Coarsely Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil and Vinegar based dressing like Good Seasons Italian Dressing

Method
 

  1. Prepare ingredients. Chop arugula, lettuce. Dice avocado and onion. Crumble bacon and goat cheese.
  2. Combine greens, avocado, and red onion in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.
  3. Layer remaining ingredients; bacon, raisins, goat cheese and pepper.
