Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole Frozen Chicken Fingers, cooked and cut into 1" pieces Cooked as directed
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, cooked Cooked as directed
  • 4 cups Romaine, Iceberg or Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Vidalia Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Course Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing Any creamy dressing can be subsituted

Method
 

  1. Cook veggies and chicken fingers as directed
  2. Chop lettuces and spread onto a serving dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper over greens
  3. Layer atop lettuce bed in order; onions, veggies, chicken fingers and cheddar cheese
  4. Add Dressing in a decorative pattern and serve!
