1/2tbspHorseradish MustardOr Brown Mustard (I like the extra kick)
1tbspApple Cider Vinegar
1tspMinced GarlicOr Garlic Powder
1tsp, eachGinger and Turmeric, freshly grated from rootGround spices can be used in place of fresh
1tbspHemp Hearts
Sliced Pickled GingerTo taste (I like A LOT)
RaisinsAdds some sweet flavor - you choose how many
Freshly Ground Black PepperTo taste

Method
Prepare the Chicken and Celery
Mix the next 6 ingredients together in a bowl
Add Chicken and Celery, mix well
Garnish with remaining ingredients to taste

Notes
Just a few thoughts.....
Turmeric (fresh or ground) contains natural color pigments that can stain. Be mindful of clean up with towels or aprons.
Any of the ingredients can be increased for flavor. I use the trinity of Ginger, Turmeric and Garlic often. These three ingredients can be added into recipes anytime to increase nutrition and decrease inflammation in the body.
Although when I prepared this recipe I just ate the mixture; this recipe can be served on top of a bed of lettuce, cold cooked grains or wild rice. Nut and seed crackers are also a nice compliment to this dish.
