Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped Any greens you have on hand work great
  • Cucumbers, chopped Use English or Pickling type ; keeping the peeling on for more nutrients
  • Grape Tomatoes, quartered Explore different varieties to find your favorite
  • Red Onion, slivered Vidalia's are good too
  • Baby Bells, sliced in rings Use all colors for nutrition and color

  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Equipment

  • Cutting Board

Method
 

  1. Prepare ingredients with your Rada knife
  2. Place a bed of lettuce on a plate or in a bowl
  3. Layer remaining ingredients atop the lettuce
