Rich Rice Noodles

RICE noodles work well as a bed for any prepared protein or mixed veggies with an International flare! These noodles were also mentioned in the Hero Salmon recipe post. I love dishes that I can prepare for various uses; veggie focused meal, as a soup starch, serve cold as a salad bed, elegant presentation bed for any meat, etc.

Rich Rice Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Rice Noodles
  • 4 cups Broth of your choice I used beef bone broth I made at home.
  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • 2/3 cups Pineapple Juice 100% - no sugar added
  • 2-3 tbsp Tamari

Method
 

  1. Mix broth, salt, juice and tamari. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and keep on simmer for 10 minutes or until soft. Liquid will thicken.

Notes

There are many different brands to choose from or you may have limited options at your store. I would encourage you to find the ones that have few ingredients, like rice and water. There are also different noodle styles like stir-fry, thin and flavored.
